Where do you Ship? We are shipping right around Australia.
What Brands do you sell? We are proudly Supporting Australian boutique beauty brands.
Do you offer Free Delivery? Yes for orders over $75
Do you have express delivery? Yes you can select express delivery at checkout.
Where are you based? We are based in Sydney - Lower North Shore
Do you have a store? No Online only however if you have a booking at The Retreats we can arrange delivery to the house prior to checkin, just give us at least 7 days notice.
Can I return by purchase? We offer a 30 return policy. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. To process a return, click on our return portal.
Do you make your own products? No we are a retailer supporting Australian Made brands and producers.
How long does an order take to arrive? We endeavour to ship within 48 Hours of receiving your order, shut of time is midday to ship the same day in most cases.
What Carrier do you use? We use Australia Post, they usually ship within 7 days.

Now with 6 locations across the Central Coast of NSW, The Retreats have become the goto accommodation brand to book luxury holiday and corporate trips for familys, friends, wellness facilitators and corporate groups.
